Absolutely wonderful! Curtis worked with us in returning the Uhual and in trying to help figure out our issue with the overcharge in mileage. Will definitely work with him again and only him at this location.

Personnel did not check my equipment in and I was contacted by U-Haul over a week later asking where the equipment was. Rental was a 4 day rental, and I kept it for only 1 day. I have received a notification from U-Haul stating that I owe for an extra 3 days, which would mean I kept equipment for a total of 7 days- when I actually kept it for only one. I have notified the turn in location and they said they would report it to U-Haul, but essentially could not help me. Not happy.

Very accommodating! Make it easier to change drop-off locations on the website. The location was eager to accept my truck, but had several customers in front of me. I wasted 10-15 minutes on the phone when I could have pulled it up and made the change myself.

I would give this location an excellent because the location was in a great area, very clean and inviting but it is hard to do so because my experience with U-Haul was absolutely great up until the day I actually picked up the vehicle. I had to reschedule the date I picked up the vehicle due to the house I was buying not being ready for me to move in but I rescheduled the pick up of the vehicle to the following day when I went in to reschedule, the person I spoke with was very professional, helpful and ensured my reservation was correct. He definitely seemed as if he enjoyed his job and didn’t mind assisting me but the following day was when I encountered one problem after the next. First of all the person that was working at the time I picked up the vehicle was very rude and hard to deal with, I initially made reservations online and had reserved a dolly when I got there to pick the vehicle up there was no dolly at that location and the representative wasn’t helpful at all to ensure I was able to get one and made no effort to call around to see if I was able to pick one up at a different location, to make matters worse when we went outside to ensure all damages were annotated on the vehicle I had to ask him questions about damages on the vehicle before he informed me of damages that the vehicle had. He made a comment that I felt was very offensive when he stated the reason why we can’t give you the code to get into the gate is because you aren’t renting a space in here and you could come in here and still everything we have. Me being a member of the military I use U-haul a great deal but from now on I will think twice about using U-Haul again and although that U-Haul is in a very convenient location I will definitely not use that one again...
