U haul was very dirty when I picked it up. Truck rode very badly I thought it would stop on me. Thank goodness I made it safe.

The truck smelled like wet dog. The location was a bit sketchy, and you had to do all of the “ paperwork “ on the lady’s phone because she didn’t have WiFi in the office. It all felt very sketchy.
