Here's the deal: We went to the UHaul location in FLORENCE, AL because it is located five minutes from our home. That is where we reserved the truck. Two days before the scheduled pickup date, we get an email saying the truck is going to be located in TUSCUMBIA, AL, which is 25 minutes away from our home. What the hell, man? The people at the Tuscumbia location were great. This is not a knock on them. However, I don't understand the bait and switch on locations. If the Florence location wasn't going to have a truck available for pickup, why were we not told when we booked the truck?
