When I got to the location, there was a shed with a sign on the door that had another address that I had to go to to pickup the u-haul truck. When I got to the other location, the woman who attended me was very nice, but let me know that they didn’t have the moving blankets I had ordered. When I got into the u-haul, I took pictures of the whole truck and the dashboard. As I was driving, I noticed the oil gauge was low at 30/120. I checked the picture I had previously taken and found the oil gauge read 45/120 when I had initially picked the truck up. I called roadside assistance and went to a “Moving and Storage Location” where they put two quarts of oil but the oil gauge barely changed. They gave me an additional quart in case I needed it. I guess that either the oil gauge is malfunctioning or the truck has a bigger issue.

When we walked in, we thought no one was in the office, couldn't see anyone. Office was dirty. The Attendant was laying back in a chair with his feet propped up and we could not see him. He had a "don't care" attitude. He told us that he does not get paid to do this job. Poor Attitude and Poor Service. Would not recommend.

kenneth rGive the user enough miles to pick up the uhaul, make the drive to the new location, and then drop it off. I was only given 45 miles and that is only the distance between residences. I still had to pick it up, drive home, get gas, and then drive to drop it off but was not alloted miles for that. Then I was charged for those extra miles.
