Truck was not ready for the scheduled time. Staff at the pickup location was extremely unorganized and rude. I booked my pick up for 8am with contactless pickup, however the staff did not get the truck ready for me. I had to wait until after 9 am for them to arrive and help me. No paperwork was done, I took photos of the odometer and gas level myself to verify this at the drop off time. Also, I booked the truck until 5pm, but was told this was not possible and had to rush to get it back by 2pm. It was a horrible and stressful experience that makes me never want to use uhaul (especially at this location) ever again.Carolyn S.

They are not set up gie 24/7 service. The owner Harper went out of his way to help me. Was always professional and quick wirh solving the problem. Was ok with out of the box solutions. Understanding and quick to make the process work. What could have been the start of a disastrous process was adverse. I thank him immensely.Janice L.
