Trucks AC didn’t work on a 90+ degree day. Drove the truck for 15 miles, replaced 3 gallons of fuel and was still charged a 2 gallon surcharge when the dial was where it was when I picked it up. Plus there was no one at the front each time I got to the location, I had to call just to get assistance in the building.

Alvin HTruck was dirty, food, pills, cigarette boxes left. Window dirty inside and out. Service check in slow with not alot help. But employee was new and was told to me. So understandable with slow check in. Clean the inside out before rental. Maybe show which truck was mine. So I don't have to go out and search for it with the number.
Christine CI was told by U-Haul to drop off the truck at this location but when I arrived, the person there said I was not in the system and could not take the truck back there. After about 20 min of back and forth he finally took it, but I still had to talk to U-Haul to confirm the turn in. Over all, the whole rental experience was very disappointing.
