How U-Haul Reviews WorkI am not happy that I got charged for gas when I picked up the truck it had a 1/4 tank and when I returned it it had a 1:4 tank I was charged $23 why?
Brandy CNothing to improve. I had a very great experience. The front desk employee was very helpful at answering all my questions and she was very professional and polite.
Florentino VNo issues. Rebecca that works at Quality Inn is amazing. She deserves a raise.
Alberta LI reserved a truck, furniture dolly, and furniture pads online. Reservation said all equipemt at the location. When I got to the location, they didn't have a dolly or the pads. I had to go to another location to pick those up. I was being charged per mile so that cost me a few dollars. Further, the chexk on process didn't go well. Issues with the online ID verification and registration. U-Haul needs to get better at this stuff.
