Great Customer Service!
Excellent customer service.
Truck was reserved. The Uhaul Rep. was not there and never tried to call and tell me. He was busy doing another business in Wilmington. I had to pay movers and no Uhaul truck to move it. several hours wasted.

Next to a convenience store with the best sausage sandwich and coldest drinks in The Carolinas (and real reasonable too)!!!
Storage was a big hassle Not satisfied with that service at all extra miles extra fuel Was sent to wrong locations very unsatisfied As of right now would not recommend to anyone
This is a 24 hour drop site and I dropped my rental off after hours. Site appeared to be clean and user friendly.
This location was very accommodating and very nice. May God bless that man!

Actually I don't think it was the rental location so much as u-haul management.When we got to the location to pick up the equipment no one was there to rent it to us so we just left a copy of our credit card and ID. So the whole overall rental thing was a bad experience.In hind site I should have looked for another rental company.
I got charged twice for a utility dolly and the inside was dirty.
I told the manager that I did not want the insurance coverage, yet I see it on the bill. My insurance company covers rented trailers.
I was not made aware that I needed to call a 1-800- number to tell them I would be bringing to a different location for drop off, and then I was charged an $80.00 fee for this.

We ordered a 15 foot truck to be picked up at a specific location, however we were given a different sizes truck at a different location. The inner rear tires were in poor condition so we had to contact roadside asssistance to replace them. Roadside assistance arrived about 5-6 hours later making it around 2 am causing me to be very tired while driving the next day.
Well I done everything you asked to do put gas back in vehicle paid for vehicle up front then you charge my card more money tdy you could of called me I would of taken care of any issues I needed this money to run on till my next payday now I'm broke so not happy at all will not recommend or use your service agsin
I picked up the truck and pull behind car trailer. The person helping me with the paperwork offered no assistance with loading the and securing the vehicle onto the trailer. Sure glad I knew how to secure the vehicle from previous rentals. Also, the truck smelled like cat urine inside the cab. It was a nasty vehicle. This type of a rental gives U haul rental a bad name.
At this location they were polite and helpful. My husband actually dropped off the truck and left his cell phone in it. They were most helpful getting it back to him before the truck left for its next destination.

We were very confused when we tried to pick up our rental on Saturday!! Our email gave us the location of one place and after arriving there and having to call...we found out it wasn't even open on Saturdays!!!! I called the 800# for uhaul and was told we were scheduled to pick up the trailer at a different location and was told that we should have received a phone call confirming the location pickup!!!! We received no calls, text or messages!!!!! Very frustrating day!!! The spot we did pickup the trailer at had the nicest guy who helped a lot..

Check all equipment on return and before renting again. The A/C on the truck did not work, therefore I drove 600 miles with none. However, I will say that U-Haul customer service was very helpful in trying to make up for the inconvenience.
Don't charge me more money when I drop of a truck with a full tank of gas , blankets folded, and cab cleaned.
I used the 800 U-Haul phone number to reserve the trailer and 2 dozen furniture blankets on Wednesday afternoon prior to the Friday pickup. When I arrived at the pickup point the reservation did not reflect the blankets which caused me a lot of problems.
Drop off location was closed
When we arrived at the location, the rep was not there and we waited about 15 minutes for him to return. I had requested an appliance dolly, this site did not have that equipment. We asked for a dozen furniture pads, that he did have. By the time we got to the destination and opened the trailer, we realized that the pads were moldy and had been stored in the open in a diner, making them smell like fried chicken and bacon. Not a good combo, and I am still trying to get the moldy bacon smell out of my sofa. I've had good experience with U-Haul in the past, and usually go to a larger site, this was disappointing.
Tony was very friendly, helpful and professional as well as his staff, I was very pleased with the service I received and will recommend this location to family and friends. keep up the good work.
