When I made reservation on line I asked for an appliance dolly furniture pads, and a trailer to pull my car. Which the location couldn’t provide none of these things to me. I was told I would have to pick up the trailer at another location which was 10 miles away. We got the trailer only to find out later that we had a plug missing for the brake lights to connect to the truck. We were already behind schedule so we drove as far as we could and stopped right before it was dark. Which we couldn’t drive till first light the next day which put us further behind schedule. Was not happy at all with U-Haul services this time around I have never had any problems with them in the past it was very disappointing
Shari HallWent to pick up the truck and: 1. The process 24/7 was very difficult. 2. The business was closed (Friday) so no one available 3. The truck had a flat tire. I had to call Road side assistance before I could even move the truck..putting me way behind schedule. Due to this I had to extend the drop off time for 2 hours and was charged for another day as well as another day of insurance coverage.

Beulah McNeillthe truck had mechanical problems called and explain to customer service and they said i wouldnt be charged anymore for returning back to pick up location but look this evening and my card had been charged again 26.78 more i guess for over miles whinch again i was not supposed to be charged never again will i used uhaul

Austin GallatinMy reservation was for a 9am pick up. no one showed up or opened the till 9:40. the vehicle was filthy inside and out. The vehicle only had 3/8's of a tank of gas, normally you get it full and return it full. The person when vehicle was rude and unapologetic for my lost rental time.
Scott GonzalesMy car was not secured on the tow bar at all. I can be glad that the car didn’t roll over. The truck smelled like smoke and was not clean. How can you offer a uhaul station when the people don’t know what they‘re doing! I literally drove over 10h with a unsecured tow bar!

Russell RasnakeThe U-Haul app for mobile pick up and return is horrible. It was not user friendly when it came returning it. I kept getting “delay due to high volume use”. Because of that issue, I wasn’t able to return it on the app. I had to call and leave a message with the company that I was returning it to, explaining the issue.

Ron PhippsI was returning the rental at this location. Open hours were 9 am to 4 pm. We arrived at 9 no one was around we called and waited 45 minutes along with other customers trying to pick up rentals. Before I finally got thru to uhaul on the phone to return. The uhaul app would not pick up my location so returning after hours by the app was useless. Then I get hit for 34.00 for fuel charge which I’m going to fight because I have photos showing the truck has more fuel when I returned it than when I picked it up. This rental has been a nightmare 100%. Very disappointed in uhaul.

We cleaned it with disinfecting wipes and sprayed with Lysol, the smell was awful, We only needed it for a short while, so we wore our masks because the odor was so bad!!! I would have returned immediately if we had it rented for a long trip. The wipes we used were black when we finished so it hadn't been cleaned lately.

DANIELLE SHEIKHBetter truck share help, I needed help right away when I accidentally clicked on the wrong thing during my truck share check out and the chat customer service couldn't help and I had to wait 45 minutes to get help via truck share customer service number. The uhaul app has a lot of issues and was not helpful.

STEVEN COMPARONEU-Haul application did not work properly on my phone. Waited 30 minutes to talk to UHaul representative to be told that the app should have been refreshed when I purchased the rental agreement online. Also, the lock to get the truck keys took 10 minutes to open. I believe it needs to be replaced.
