Only issue I had was the return instructions said to drop the key in the orange lock box, but it also had the black box number and combination from the pick up listed. I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to leave the key so I put it in the orange lock box.
Karen RussellThe end result was that I was able to get the trailer and do what I needed to do. With that said, there was a lot of confusion as to the pick up time and location. The service at the pick up location was good, but the problem is that I got charged $24 for insurance that I was not aware of! I never would’ve purchased that insurance had I’ve been made known. I tried to call the pick up location for reimbursement twice. And left two messages. I don’t know if that location is closed today? But they are not answering the phone. I have yet to see if I will get my $24 back.

DAVID MORGANThis location was perfect and nothing was wrong with this location, however, my experience was not pleasant. I set my pick up time up for 9:30 am Friday for a location that was 7 minutes away. I get call literally as I’m walking out of the door to leave for uhaul from someone saying that my truck I had reserved days ago was rented out by someone else and they had to figure out a new location for me. I finally get a call saying I had to now drive 25 minutes to a totally different location to pick up the truck. It cut into my busy moving weekend and made things difficult returning it as it was also really far from where I was moving to. I then paid $206 for the entire process paid a ton for the miles I feel as if I should get a refund for this experience.
Jacob CourtneyThe truck they provided had a leakage problem. I took the truck on May 21st. On 22nd, had a heavy rainfall in Cincinnati area.Due to leakage problem with this truck, water came inside the truck and some of my stuff was soaked in water. Very bad experience and lost my stuff due to water.

bill thorntonthe facility was fine, and the man who helped me was very social and friendly. Unfortunately, once I returned the truck, I saw that the Damage waiver was added when I actively declined it online during the reservation process. I drove only a few miles and NEVER elect the coverage (plus my AMEX platinum has excellent coverage). My only assumption is that it was added to the rental without me being told, likely because it's a high margin item. This increase the cost of my rental by 50% which is robbery. I would like a refund of the $10 fee.

Matt OberI drove 19 miles and returned with fuel. They then charged me 24.14 additional fuel amount. said that a picture should the fuel needle was off by 1/8. totally ridiculous. the gentleman at the queen city rental was kind however stated he could not refund me that I would need to call the 1-800-GOUHAUL number where I reached a very rude gentleman named Robert. Hopefully I will be able to get some of my money back from a 39.99 rental. fully charged my card 104.73. which should have been 62.16 total !(39.99 rental fee and .99 a mile 19 miles driven and tax).

Even though I am moving to downtown Cincinnati, I will come all the way out to this location again because of the great service! Thanks!

Greg LaneGet the bill right!! You tacked on things I opted out of and still charged me for gas after I put it in the tank. I was charged overall and extra $25 dollars for nothing!!! May not seem like a lot to you but the reason someone rents a $20 a day van + per mile, to drive a total of 6 miles, is because they DON'T have the money!! Your company is terrible and so is the response to help me with my problem. I contacted who I rented from and your customer service as soon as I saw the errors...no one has answered me.
Jaclyn Kisseei was charged $14 for Safe Move, or whatever. I did NOT authorize that coverage/charge as I am fully insured through my own insurance and my company's. This got snuck through somehow and will be a factor in my next rental decision.
