CHRISSIE BOnly problem was I was supposed to have the van for early pickup at 6:30a and the previous renters extended their reservation the night prior which then ate into our time as we couldn't pickup the truck until 9a, when we planned to have it 2.5hrs earlier. Otherwise, great location with great employees.

They got me set up and the next morning I was on my way. The truck was well maintained ran well. I could only find one flaw there, The Cactus needs some love....... ES

QUYNH MI had an online reservation for 8. I checked in online and the keys weren’t in the lockbox. Had to wait for the store to open. The tire monitor light was on and the interior of the cab wasn’t clean. It was clear the dash, cup holders, and floor haven’t been wiped down recently. The person working was nice and helpful but an 8am reservation shouldn’t be offered if the truck won’t be available at that time.
Amy HI had reserved furniture pads and a dolly but when I arrived the location did not have either. They said I could try going to another location but that I would be charged for the extra mileage. The app to register before leaving did not work and there was damage to the driver's door that I could not report. On a side note, the office smelled like marijuana. The UHaul service number was excellent. This review is specific to that location.

DELORES SThey charged me the gas fee, even though they told me that I wouldn’t have to pay for gas for the short distance I traveled, and brought the truck back before 9:15. I dropped the truck off just before nine, and I have a photo of the back of the truck with a timestamp to prove it, and they still charged me.

RICHARD MThe van smelled like smoke and was dirty with cigarette ash when I rented it. I noted this when I rented the van. When I returned the van, I was forced to state the van was clean so I wouldn't be charged a cleaning fee.

TROY DWe had our reservations moved to a location 25 mins from our house bc the small truck was not available at our original location. The customer service guy on the phone was rude. Was told we would be comped for mileage, yet we’re still charging. Turned truck in same day and still paid for mileage. 😤
