The representative was friendly, patient, and maintained a professional attitude throughout the interaction. However, he didn't seem very familiar with the process, and it took about 30 minutes to complete the reservation. The system also required him to re-enter all of the information I had already submitted online, which made the process unnecessarily time-consuming. That part of the system really needs to be streamlined. Additionally, the system would not allow me to complete the vehicle inspection, so the representative sent me on my way without documenting photos or verifying the mileage and fuel level. The vehicle itself was very dirty, and when I returned it, U-Haul attempted to charge me for its condition, even though it was already filthy when I picked it up.
