1. Equipment was mildly soiled. Clearly not swept out well as there was a lot of dust, some old nails and screws. There was a magazine and a used wipe on the floor, which were clearly obvious on looking in the trailer. I had removed those larger trash items before taking a picture. 2. The requested appliance dolly was not in the truck and it took 20-30 or two rectify that situation, and that required me to travel to another dealer to pick it up. 3. Because there was only one attendant at the convenience store, he was not even able to start my process of renting the truck for 20 minutes after my arrival at the designated time of 12 noon. Otherwise, the equipment function well, and I will say that the staff at the convenience store were extremely pleasant about dealing with a challenging situation. The combination of the delay to even start the process and then extra time rectify the missing dolly meant that I was almost 1 hour late and getting started on my move between the delay and starting the process, the delay in identifying a fix for the dolly situation, and the extra time to drive to the other dealer

Very unhappy with the truck leaking when it was raining. For the price I paid plus too have to put gas in it. Very not happy . I took pictures of inside the cub of the truck leaking.
