I was charged a hold of $110 and only ended up paying $85. Instead of just refunding the difference he went ahead and charged for $85 on top of the $110 already on hold. The Hold still has not been refunded back to my account, not sure why a refund was just not issued instead of being double charged even though the hold will be returned it takes several days.

The toy hauler needs to have ramps that can be adjusted. Fixed ramps on a trailer are difficult to use. The distance between the ramps was barely usable for my vehicle.
