The only thing I did not like is when I got there the person that takes care of all the Uhaul things was not there but he did take care of it over the phone.

Christine MI was charged a hold of $110 and only ended up paying $85. Instead of just refunding the difference he went ahead and charged for $85 on top of the $110 already on hold. The Hold still has not been refunded back to my account, not sure why a refund was just not issued instead of being double charged even though the hold will be returned it takes several days.
