Julie is the most friendliest customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. If she was in Phoenix or Louisiana is steal her away from you.

Above average as this was an after hours drop. The best thing was the App process of taking pictures, etc. and being able to drop the vehicle off without issue. Saves time. Thank you! The site wasn't the most well lit place and there "beware of dog" signs associated with the U-Haul drop off parking, so it wasn't the most inviting. However, the process worked just fine.

I think the lady who helped us was Julie. She was very kind and helped us out when we needed more time. She didn’t rush us and was honest about the time we had, so we didn’t waste money on an extra day. She worked fast, we were in and out! I see a lot of comments about the parking. It is a somewhat smaller lot, but it's not ridiculous, especially if you're familiar with that strip of businesses. We got the truck and our van out with no issues!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at this U-Haul location. This is by far the best U-Haul service I have ever received, and so much of that is because of the wonderful lady who works there. Every time I’ve interacted with her, she has been incredibly kind, patient, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. Moving can be stressful enough on its own, and having someone treat you with kindness and make the process easier truly means more than people realize. She always goes above and beyond, and you can tell that her kindness isn’t just part of the job it’s genuinely who she is. People are quick to complain when they have a bad experience, but I feel just as strongly that people should take the time to recognize someone who goes above and beyond. She deserves to know that her kindness and customer service do not go unnoticed. I will absolutely recommend this U-Haul location to anyone and everyone, and I truly hope management knows what a valuable employee they have. She is the kind of person who makes you want to come back and recommend a business to others. Thank you for always being so wonderful!

Not the best parking lot for turning around or parking a large vehicle or trailer. Location is slightly hard to see from the street / as you are driving toward the location (easy to pass). Very busy street/ location. Place looks run down / old.

She overcharged me about 75 miles, I have photos evidence and eye witness. So I shut my card off and wont pay until I get a correct invoice thanks.

I am a little frustrated that I had the opportunity to choose where to pick up the trailer, but then the location was changed the day before. Very inconvenient.

3rd party building associated with lock box keys came out with a gun threatening my family putting us in danger while trying to get the uhaul because she thought someone pet her cat through a cracked window in parking lot. Threatening to call police, to shoot us, saying the property was private that is shared with uhaul. Julie w/(uhual) is familiar with the women, stated they have had issues in the past stated she contacted her manager. I want a refund and will NEVER RECOMMEND this location! I booked for liberty location and got bumped to this location based on truck availability. Should audit your third party contract with that building location for the safety and well being of any customer or employee. Absolutely sickening the entire experience and hope uhaul will close this location or move it somewhere else. Extreme liability and risk.

The drivers window nearly fell out of the slot on the highway as I was driving and just rolled it down about three or 4 inches it popped out about 5 inches at the very top at about 65 miles an hour. Terrorized us. And the passenger side rearview mirror is a critical piece of equipment since you have no central rearview mirror and you cannot see it all on that side of you. And that mirror would just swing around and never be where you wanted it to be it is loose and makes the entire vehicle unsafe to drive

U-Haul is an absolute joke!!! For starters my rental was late in arriving for me and had under a 1/4 tank of gas. After returning my vehicle and doing the math from driving from Missouri to Florida it would have only cost me $3600 dollars to do a local move meaning driving it to Florida and then back to Missouri but since I did a one way rental I was charged $3400. This is horse shit!!! I’ve asked for a manager to call me for more than 2 weeks now and not one has called

The woman who operates this location really helped us out of a jam. We thought we could haul the last of our things in a pickup, but wow, we would have looked like the Beverly Hillbillies going down the road. We had to be out of our apartment that day though, so everything had to be loaded up. It would have been so dangerous. Just 30 minutes before she closed for the day, we contacted Quick Move Rental, and she was able to get us a nice U-Haul truck immediately. She really did save us. Thank you.

Location has no parking for your personal vehicle. The entire rental pro ess took place in the truck parking lot. You could even enter the store. I would have chose another location if I knew this. The representative said it's on their web site but I used the app and it's not listed there. So do better.

This place is in a shed & the lady didn't explain everything. I didn't know that I needed a phone to take a picture of the milage & locked the door, so got charged for more miles than I used. I will not be going back there again.

The lady who helped with our equipment pickup was so efficient! Knowledgeable, fast, easy to work with, she got us in & out in maybe 5 minutes, safely and road-ready! Best rental experience ever, and we’ve rented a LOT. I did not get her name, but please U-Haul, look up our rental record and reach out to this person with some sort of spiff. Excellent and easy experience. Oh and the trailer worked great, towed well, and was mechanically great overall.

Julie customer service initially was all right but the evening i was supposed to return my rental I called to extend it for another evening she insisted that I must return it, do whatever it takes to get my rental back. The following morning, I explained to her the help that I was supposed to get to load the vehicle didn't happen and I wouldn't be able to get any help unloading it.till the following day she became upset and began to threaten by tracking the vehicle and putting me on the do not do business with list with uhaul, Beware.. Take your business to another location.

When we got there the U-Haul was not ready for us and there was no keys in the self service box. We had to call the number on the door and wait for the lady to come give us a key.
