Fantastic location from which to rent a U-Haul. The woman who runs the location does a fantastic job. Very professional, very efficient.
John VThe woman who operates this location really helped us out of a jam. We thought we could haul the last of our things in a pickup, but wow, we would have looked like the Beverly Hillbillies going down the road. We had to be out of our apartment that day though, so everything had to be loaded up. It would have been so dangerous. Just 30 minutes before she closed for the day, we contacted Quick Move Rental, and she was able to get us a nice U-Haul truck immediately. She really did save us. Thank you.
John VLocation has no parking for your personal vehicle. The entire rental pro ess took place in the truck parking lot. You could even enter the store. I would have chose another location if I knew this. The representative said it's on their web site but I used the app and it's not listed there. So do better.

Micah EThe lady who helped with our equipment pickup was so efficient! Knowledgeable, fast, easy to work with, she got us in & out in maybe 5 minutes, safely and road-ready! Best rental experience ever, and we’ve rented a LOT. I did not get her name, but please U-Haul, look up our rental record and reach out to this person with some sort of spiff. Excellent and easy experience. Oh and the trailer worked great, towed well, and was mechanically great overall.

Patricia EJulie customer service initially was all right but the evening i was supposed to return my rental I called to extend it for another evening she insisted that I must return it, do whatever it takes to get my rental back. The following morning, I explained to her the help that I was supposed to get to load the vehicle didn't happen and I wouldn't be able to get any help unloading it.till the following day she became upset and began to threaten by tracking the vehicle and putting me on the do not do business with list with uhaul, Beware.. Take your business to another location.

Sherry MAbsolute crooks. We rented a van for a few days because the usual location at Tiffany Springs did not have any vans. Two months after the vehicle was returned they tried to file a claim against our insurance for $268 for a mat. No contact with us and the van had been returned two months previously. Will never use this satellite location again. Absolute shady business and their vans were not in good condition as it was.
Paul HJulie was awesome, we rented a trailer earlier in the week before we knew of the blizzard like conditions that came that Saturday, she stayed around till we picked up the trailer even though she probably should have gone home early that day. Very understanding, polite, and willing to help. U-Haul you have an excellent employee in her, treat her right because she does right by you.
Scott ETruck was dirty when I got it And then I got charged a cleaning fee. I also had to pick up at a location further away than where I confirmed so then was charged extra mileage. I won't use Uhaul again.
