BRUCE MEverything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and the equipment ran smoothly.The online check-in, although longer than expected, was thorough and easy. I wouldn't change a thing.
Tim CI reserved 2 dozen moving blankets and none were supplied. I would have had to travel to Guelph to obtain the blankets, a 30 minute drive. I was told to try another local location to get blankets. I did not have the time to do so as I had scheduled Hire-A-Hero to load the truck within 30 minutes of picking up the truck. So my furniture was loaded without the protection of blankets. I was NOT impressed.
PATRICIA DI picked up the truck at 2:30pm. There was so much snow around the vehicle and on the windshield that it took me 20 minutes to get to the vehicle and clean it off which I had to do with my own snow brush because the one in your vehicle did not extend properly so I could reach the snow on the windshield. The level of fuel was so low I had to fill it before I reached my destination. For the amount of money I had to pay for this I would expect the vehicle to be cleaned of snow on and around the vehicle. There was also garbage left inside by the last renter. I would also expect the gas level to be close to full when I pick it up. I was not satisfied with this location at all.
CAMERON MIt took over an hour to to get the trailer I had ordered, it was frozen to the ground,one person working in the store and couldn't get help hooking it up.
LOUIS NThe truck definitely needed an alignment . It didn’t feel safe to drive in. I will also be calling the head office as I was over charged for the usage of km and when I questioned it the person trying to take payment could barley understand English and kept making phone calls, then would tend to other customers and had me wait 40 minutes just for me to be given a number to call, and still paying overall price in cash. Definitely not recommending this location to anyone.

CARL ZHave vehicle ready for customer to pick up. Clean off snow and fluids topped up. Repair broken items. Have gas tank filled so not to cause conflict when returned about fuel level.

sarbjeet kCab was full of garbage and the back had definitely not been swept. I did clean it all up so as to not be charged for the mess.
RICHARD LThe guy at the store was sneaky. I rented a van 11:38am and told him to return 11am the following day. A few hours later I received the email confirmation stating the return is 8am. I called him about that he just said there’s another booking for 8am and he can’t do anything about it. Also left headlight was out, the door compartment had garbage. Very disappointed about this transaction and will never use U-Haul.

KAREN BI was changed from my original location so I had to drive 40 k out of the way to get the trailer and when I got there the trailer was full of trash when I asked the agent to get a broom he shrugged and walked back in side.. I left the trash in the trailer and the agent in Windsor cleaned it out
CRAIG GI had called twice to reserve a hand truck with my rental and none was available I had trouble borrowing one.
ALLEN MTruck was filthy in the cab and trailer. Tow/haul on off feature was broken. Only 1/4 tank of gas. Lock was broken. Front left tire was bulged. It felt extremely unsafe. The people at the store were very nice though.

Bruce CWhile this was not my first choice for a pick up location, as it is not convenient for me, I was pleased with customer service and the ease of the pick-up and drop-off. The fuel level at pick up was only 1/4 of a tank, which I feel should not be permitted when it's a rural setting, but that's a personal preferance. I would recommend this location and if needed, I would go out of my way once again to use this location.
VIKI HPeople were nice A shame that the inside of the truck was pretty dirty with remainder mess from last person who used it. Spider webs and dirty wasn’t really a great experience to have in a truck that you’re using for the day.

STEVE MRental set up and confirmed as 24/7 but upon arrival store doesn’t participate in that and wasn’t open. Lucky only waited 1 hour till they opened, but late enough to mess up other arrangements made. Truck damage and cleanliness is obviously never checked as no damage updated on agreement and cab was dirty including empty liquor containers behind seat. Disappointed that U-Haul messed up reservation and disappointed location puts no effort into their U-Haul franchise.

Christopher RCustomer service is good, but I rented the same truck three times and told them the first time that the steering wheel and the alignment was off three weeks later the truck was still the same. Very dangerous.

Munish BImprove the wiring on the trailers and don’t threaten a $588 charge for wrong location when the lights don’t work and I had to go to 3 locations just to be told to bring it back

Colleen CVehicle cab was filthy, console beverage holders filled with fluid and a lighter. Heavy smell of tobacco smoke. Checkin was a clumsy experience. Raised concern about cleanliness with staff and received a shrug. Not a great experience.
jim tVehicles should be checked by staff before each rental to endure it’s clean and in proper working order. Back door of vehicle was difficult to close ( sprain wrist during process) and vehicle is in need of service for road worthiness. Staff too impersonal unlike a regular uhaul location.
