Terrible Customer Service, for a number of reasons.
CORNELIS NPickup and return was easy
Joanne MInspection of the vehicle and tow trailer was not completed .The tow trailer had a flat tire and the second tire the belt was shifted . Tech came out to repair one tire but ended up changing two tires. The truck only had a 1/4 tank of gas. aAttendant was useless only knew how to take my money. Unable to assist with hook up in such a small lot with heavy traffic. Would NOT recommend this location to anyone.
