Check the vehicles to make sure they are clean from the last customer and also in this case, at least have a loaner snow brush so I don't use a ton of fuel just waiting for it to warm up and melt the snow and ice of the windshield.

Andrew N.I want my money back. I drove 30 min to get stuff and 30 min back and it cost 113$ thats messed up. Change ur prices what an unfair wage i am totally not satisfied and want my money back asap. Im never using uhaul again unless i get my money back. That cost should be illegal.
Thomas K.Although due to circumstances, you were able to provide me with a vehicle the same as what I had booked with the Erin location, there were a few things that weren't in proper working order. The interior light could not be shut off, the bank ramp looked as though it had been bent prior and found it difficult to put it into place correctly, and on pick-up, there was only 1/4 tank of gas.
