Have vehicle ready for customer to pick up. Clean off snow and fluids topped up. Repair broken items. Have gas tank filled so not to cause conflict when returned about fuel level.

sarbjeet kCab was full of garbage and the back had definitely not been swept. I did clean it all up so as to not be charged for the mess.
RICHARD LThe guy at the store was sneaky. I rented a van 11:38am and told him to return 11am the following day. A few hours later I received the email confirmation stating the return is 8am. I called him about that he just said there’s another booking for 8am and he can’t do anything about it. Also left headlight was out, the door compartment had garbage. Very disappointed about this transaction and will never use U-Haul.
