Smooth pick up and after hours drop off, everything well done.
Brad LMy only complaint is that I had a reservation for a 10' truck for almost a month. Two days before pick up, I was called and informed that vehicle was not available. Not only that, I had to drive to a location 2 hrs away to pick up the 15' truck. Boo! The 10' truck I originally reserved was bigger than I needed, and the 15' was way too big and cost me additionally in fuel. While I appreciate the free "upgrade" so that I was able to get a truck at all, I do not appreciate the fact that apparently, the 10' trucks are reserved for local use only, and I was not informed of that when I sat face to face with the person in Kenai, AK. I also don't appreciate the drive at all. Poor customer relations/service on both counts.
