You can insure the windshield wiper blades are changed regularly. Wipers need replacement on this vehicle.

The uhaul was pretty beat up but the pictures posted by uhaul did not indicate that, so we had to take lots of new pictures. However, the parking lot was incredibly tight, so it was hard to take pictures as other uhauls were blocking it. We also were not given the fernie pads that we paid for.

Rep made no effort to look at truck when he was informed of bulge in tire. Told me don’t worry I had insurance if anything happened! Lied about gas mileage. I am seriously upset about this!

Truck sounded awful like the transmission is struggling, people before me left a mattress and box spring in the truck so we had to make an extra trip. Management rectified the situation however and that was very nice and appropriate. First issue I have ever had with Uhaul, so it will not stop me from using them.
