Parking lot full of potholes. Mobile check in did not go well, had to call customer support for assistance. Could not reopen lock for key return. Not a good experience. Work on your mobile app design!
Michael NThe truck itself was fine but upon arriving and trying to get the keys they weren’t in the box which was already unlocked. They weren’t in the box below it which was also unlocked. Had to call the owner of the shop who took 45 minutes to get there because he had to wait for his wife to get home with car seats so he could bring his kids with him. I understand stuff happens and maybe this was a one off event but I won’t use this location again
