The lot was closed but gate was left wide open. Wasn’t sure where to leave the truck so I left it in the front parking lot. The place just didn’t look inviting at all. It sorta looked like a used car dealership with all the cars parked in front of the building. Very glad I seen the U-Haul sign. Then to top it off, I was charged for gas when I literally filled it to exactly where it was was when I picked the truck up…

Donna GYes it’s pricey. Yes it’s a pain to do the automated check out. BUT…yes I would recommend to a friend and I would rent from here again. Very convenient, didn’t have to wait for business hours, they had it parked out front and ready for me, even the dolly and moving pads came in handy when I didn’t think I would need them. The local person that took my call was super friendly and the uhaul truck I rented got the job done.

Sean DNothing I can think of could have improved the experience I had renting a 20ft truck from Tony at the Mt. Orab location at 480 W Main St. Tony seems to be a great guy, and I would rent from his store again, no problem.
