Michael HI was disappointed In the up keep of the truck. The ramp kept getting jammed and we weren’t able to pull it out which delayed moving for hours. I was not happy having to pay for a truck that didn’t work properly and would prefer a refund.
Alexis SThe truck was clean and drove well. The actual Uhaul location was very dirty and cluttered with tools, a kids playpen, and other junk.
Tera CParking lot full of potholes. Mobile check in did not go well, had to call customer support for assistance. Could not reopen lock for key return. Not a good experience. Work on your mobile app design!
