I made the reservation for one location, and then received an email that the location had changed. When I picked up the truck, it was missing the moving blankets that I had ordered, and while the back of the truck had been swept out, the cab of the truck smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I wound up having to go to a second location to pick up the moving blankets, and before I got to my destination, the tire pressure light came on. I had to pull over and take the time to put air in the tire, and then shortly after that, an error message showed up on the dashboard that said the tire pressure monitoring system was not working. When I dropped the truck back off, there was nobody at the location that spoke English, and I was unable to explain to them the difficulties I had. I would be very hesitant to use this location again.

WENDY DClean up in between clients (used coffee cup), air tire pressure panel message on and off. Reserved a van and got a truck...
Michael CKey drop box was broken and looked like it had been for a while. I had to leave the key with the desk inside.
