Well, the truck was clean but the check engine was on and the truck motor had issues when I was driving in the express way. Why you guys rented a broken truck and why I was charged 2 times for this. NO TRUCK SHOUND BE RENTED WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. YOU GUYS PUT IN DANGER MY LIFE AND THE PERSON HELPING ME. CHECK THE LOCATION WHERE THEY PICKED UP THE BROKEN TRUCK AND YOU WILL CHECK ACCIDENT REPORTS ON THAT AREA AND YOU WILL SEE HOW MANY ACCIDENTS ON THAT AREA.DAVID L.

Clean the truck before renting it out please! In the backseat was an electric saw and plastic bag full of dusty, used nepresso pods. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until after I snapped pictures of the front cab - That was clean but behind the seats were filthy.Lauren K.
The location was ok, the person we interacted with was respectful and effective in helping us. We didn't a have a good experience at all though with app. The whole expereince through the app was truly bad. I provided my wife as a verification contact, and she didn't listen to the call when it was coming in, so just because of that one call I couldn't use her again as a contact... why?? I mean, this verification system is realy unefective to start with, if I'm not "a real person" I could just be with someone to just verify me, but ruling out a contact just because she can't pick up the phone the first time is another level of absurdity. Hopefully you guys read this and it reaches someone that can really do something about this. I decided to take the time to write this becuase I believe it REALLY hurts the customer experience, and I'm sure that for every me that wrrites this, there's thousands that just accept it, and move on. Reply from the guy working there was "you dont have to wait around when I asked him if we needed to do a walk thought to make sure they dont bill me for the damage that was already present when i picked up the truck. Also stated he had 25 trucks to check in." Called the 1-800-go-uhaul number and asked them what the procedure was and they also said they are supposed to do a walk thought and documents everything. Why become a authorized dealer if your not happy with it or not going to provide a good service!Montukumar P.

The person "helping" me was on his phone the whole time on personal calls. Rude when asked for clarification as to where to get supplies "in a trailer behind the dumpster". Would never go to that location again.Jeniffer M.
This location does not inspect their vehicles when they are they are returned they just continue to rent them back to back. Close to closing time or perhaps even before they do not clearly communicate/represent the terms and conditions of the rental or their hours of operations. Most places close at 5:00 on Sunday this one chose to close at 2:00 pm. I was charged for an extra day indicating the truck was returned at 11:23 am today I am currently at work and have been since 8:09 am. Perhaps this is when they got around to checking the vehicle in today. The truck was turned I. 10/2 approx 3:07pm after this store has closedâ€¦less than my 24 hour rental period. I would like my extra day rental charge refunded back to my card immediately. Please contact with any further questions. Thank youTammy P.
I requested for a one way truck rental but when I reached the location I was mentioned that the person who should give the truck has not yet arrived and I was forced to take the two way rental. Really uhaul did not take accountability. I was mentioned if I am willing I can take it or I can cancel the reservation.Sriram P.

Store was supposed to open at 9am. At least 10 people out front waiting. Most left and went to another uhaul company. No one showed up until 10 am. No apologies, completely unprofessional the person working the desk.Kathleen L.
I used the app for check in and check out. There was a problem with the bill and no one contacted me like the app said they would to discuss it. They just charged me. Makes for a poor experience and I will not use the app again and may not use U-Haul again if not addressedKerry V.
The inside of the building has a terrible odor and looks like a hoarder lives there. There is a ring doorbell on the door that did not work. The door was closed with no â€œwill returnâ€ sign when I was there to pick up my reserved uhaul. Because the customer service person called the location to find out where he was and get me some help, the person behind the desk was rude. The mobile pickup and drop off process is not at all user friendly and takes much longer than it should. I didn't realize I needed to factor in an additional 45 min to just pick up the truck.Jackie M.

Would recommend improving the instructions by adding the following - "Customer must complete the online return process before depositing the keys" (since the process requires a lot of pictures to be taken). I followed the limited instructions, deposited the keys first and then when I tried to return online I was stuck. Hence the suggestion!!Ram R.

When I rented the truck, the person who took the reservation for me was tapping the little pad and asked if I wanted coverage. I declined and he kept tapping and tapping. I was charged $10 for that coverage anyways. When I asked about it he said oh I'll talk to the manager and call you about a refund and never did. Also, when I used the truck (7/8 miles TOTAL) it took $12 in gas!! Who over had it on â€œfullâ€ was not actually on â€œfullâ€. The truck was parked on a whole different side of the building than the manager or whoever took my order said it was and I spent over half an hour in the July heat trying to figure out where my truck was. When I went to him to ask he just told me that it was where he said it was. I had to go look through the other lot behind the building to find it on my own. Absolutely the worst uhaul experience I have EVER had!! I will not be back here!holly D.

Truck had the check engine light on and the alignment was way off. The wheel was almost 90 degrees off. I paid for 3 mattress covers online and was told I could not pick them up from this location. I had to buy 3 more at an additional cost.Daniel M.
