1) SALES PERSON HAD NO I WAS PICKING UP EQUIPMENT ALTHOUGH I HAD MADE A RESERVATION AT ANOTHER LOCATION WHO TRANSFERRED MY PICK UP AT THIS LOCATION. 2) ONCE ARRIVING AT THE LOCATION, THE EQUIPMENT I HAD RESERVED WAS NOT THERE. THEREFORE, I HAD TO PICKUP ONE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT AT THAT LOCATION AND DRIVE THE TRUCK TO ANOTHER LOCATION AND PICKUP THE DOLLY, WHICH ADDED TO MY OVERALL MILEGE COUNT $$$$$$$$$. 3) ONCE I ARRIVED AT THE OTHER LOCATION, I PICKED UP THE DOLLY WITH NO PROBLEM BUT WAS TOLD I HAD TO DROPPED THE DOLLY BACK AT THE PICKUP LOCATION AND NOT THE LOCATION IN WHICH I PICKED UP THE TRUCK WHICH ADDED TO MY OVERALL EXPENSE$$$$$$$$$$$$. 4) ONCE I WAS DONE WITH THE EQUIPMENT I DROPPED MY VEHICLE OFF AT A LOCATION THEN HAD TO DRIVE THE DOLLY TO ITS LOCATION AND THEN DRIVE THE TRUCK BACK OFF AT ITS LOCATION THUS ADDING TO MY OVERALL EXPENSE $$$$$$$$$$$$$. 5) THE NEXT DAY UPON TRYING TO CALL THE CLERK TO CALL IN THE TURN, THERE WAS NO ANSWER FOR ABOUT THREE OR FOUR CALLS. 6) AFTER FINALLY GETTING SOMEONE ON THE PHONE, I GAVE THE CLERK ALL OF THE TURN IN INFORMATION. 7) LATER IN THE DAY I REALIZED THAT I WAS OVER CHARGED, I CALLED THE LOCATION IN ORDER TO MAKE A OVER CHARGE COMPLIANT AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER. 8) I CALLED ANOTHER LOCATION IN ORDER TO GET THE PHONE NUMBER OF SOMEONE I COULD MAKE A COMPLIANT AND WAS GIVEN THE AREA MANAGER'S PHONE NUMBER. 9) I WAS GIVEN THE NAME DAVID STRICKLAND @ 910-795-2084. I CALL MR. STRICKLAND AND LEFT A MESAGE OF CONCERN YESTERDAY, SATURDAY (14 MAR., 26) AT 2:53 PM. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM MR. STRICKLAND AS OF YET AND TODAY IS SUNDAY, 15 MAR., 26 AT 5:25 PM. 10) I PLAN TO GO TO THE SPRING LAKE OFFICE TOMORROW WITH ALL OF MY EVIDENCE AND CONCERNS. 11) MY OVERALL MISSION WAS COMPLETED WITH NO PROBLEMS, THANK GOD. BUT UHAUL KIND OF DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE. 12) MR. STRICKLAND PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL AT 910-978-0565, THANKS!!!

DENISE HTrailer was fine and they have a good selection. The woman who checked us in was perfectly nice but if you need help hooking up the trailer, this may not be the best location we were sent outside to lift the heavy 6x12 trailer and hook it up alone with no guidance. Location is new to this also so the check-in process took 1+hours and put us well behind schedule.
