lucas kThe location itself was great but the entire reservation process with uhaul switching our reservation without us knowing to another site, splitting our reservation for the truck and the auto transport and changing the time which resulted in our movers being pushed back and delaying our entire moving process was unnecessarily stressful for us. This caused us a lot of stress due to gaps in communication and shifted a lot of things that caused a lot of chaos for others involved as well.
Laura RI loved the service and the young lady who helped me was the sweetest person. The only bad thing was the U-Haul itself. It had an extremely bad back right tire and it needed a good cleaning the light kept coming on for me to close it. So a serviceman came to my home and replaced the whole tire. He also fixed the door however after he left the light continued to keep coming on. Don’t rent this truck it’s a deadened .
