ROBERT BHorrible the woman screwed up everything So far I have been triple charged I had the truck from 10am till 7:25 pm didn't even have the truck a full day plus the person took a photo of my licenses on her cell phone Can't get u haul to the phone I'm going to my bank a start a case against u haul looks like I was charged around 843.00 dollars something so simple got so balled up by dummies
Edward HI appreciated the comprehensive review of the truck and prior damage by the owner. The front office lady was very professional and courteous, and she was very thorough with her list of questions about how the truck performed. All-in-all, it was a very pleasurable experience during a difficult move. I would highly recommend this rental location.
Michael AThis is not against R & R they were great! I rented my equipment for Mocksville NC, Uhaul had me pick it up in Winston NC then routed me to Denton NC. This was the worst experience I have ever had! I will never use Uhaul again.

Marty GI shouldn't be charged for bringing to truck a day late, when I brought it back an hour before I was suppose to. They saw another customer drop off theirs and thought it was mine. They were closed the day of my drop off and I even proved it with pictures; but, have YET to get my $50 refund back. Ridiculous.

Truett TWell first it was not explained to me that the price quadrupled if you used a trailer one way. I was not told the cost at all. All i could see online that the trailer was $18.95. Later after i saw the charge when i turned the trailer in I saw i was charged $134.97 for what should have been less than $30. I used the trailer 3.5 hours. Even if its one way the place you drop the trailer will still rent it again so theres no cost loss to uhaul at all. Lesson learned and i will not use them again.
