We dropped off the truck after hours at this location, but the directions on how to drop off were clear. We received notice that the truck was successfully returned the next day.

Issues with system made it difficult to pick up and drop off. My drop off did not go as completed online and I was charged an extra day on my rental and had to call for a refund
