The people at R and sons were friendly and helpful but I was very very frustrated that U-Haul switched me to a self check out location after I went out of my way to specifically choose a location with customer service. I spent more on mileage than I should have. If I had known I was going to have to do self check out anyway I would have picked a location closer to my destination. The self check out process was confusing and took over 30 mins. I was not happy and would love compensation for the stress and extra cost.
