I rented a van and the key was missing in the lock box, I called and couldn't get any response from the phone because you don't of the option for missing key. I used the chat at this time the people I had to help me move had been waiting an hour. I was on with the chat he sent me to another person that helped me get the second key and it was for the big U-haul definitely not my favorite car to drive it's very big but I had no choice. Don't know how to put Gass in it and was not what I wanted but the last agent ensured me I would only be charged the price for the van. This is my second time using this version of U-haul would recommend my attention to this location. Thank best regards

The people at R and sons were friendly and helpful but I was very very frustrated that U-Haul switched me to a self check out location after I went out of my way to specifically choose a location with customer service. I spent more on mileage than I should have. If I had known I was going to have to do self check out anyway I would have picked a location closer to my destination. The self check out process was confusing and took over 30 mins. I was not happy and would love compensation for the stress and extra cost.
