This experience was an absolute disaster. I wanted to cancel my reservation but I was literally stranded, without a vehicle, with out shelter because this location was closed. I was very unable. To improve, inform your customer that this location is App Based Only!! And provide the requested Dollie’s and make the customer drive all over town to locate and be charged the additional mileage!

Micah MWhen we arrived at the dropoff location it was not open due to the holiday which we also were not aware of. So I was able to take it to another location in Amarillo and that person was great to work with. The first location also did not answer the phone when we called and they were not open.
