The location is the biggest problem. You're trying to get at trailers in a tiny parking lot, in the middle of a Robin's Donuts drive thru. I really can't think of a much worse setup.

The man who helped me was very kind and patient. He helped answer all of my questions. But the windshield was badly cracked.
Meaghan PThe customer service rep, didn't do what she said she would do: -change the contract drop off location to open, so I could find a location near the Halifax airport to return the vehicle, -she was unable to tell me the closest uhaul dealer to the airport was. -She also mentioned that because I was returning within the same day as pickup that my rental fee would be reduced to a 1 day rate. The Customer Service rep needs to better understand the U-Haul contract and online system so she can provide clearer / more accurate details to the customer

Colin HThere was only 1/8 of a tank left when I picked it up. I dropped it off at 5/8 full. Seems unfortunate that I am dinged for the value of 1/2 a tank. Especially with the prices being so high. It would be easier if the tank was full when picked up.

Gordon MNot a thing.....it was perfect!!.......maybe a senior discount????.....we used it just to move a bit of furniture.....and many would do the same if promoted that way.......js.......but all was just fine.....great service at that location......would recommend them to anyone!!
