U-Haul changed my drop off location without telling me, then required several phone calls to correct. U-Haul IT needs attention.
Paul SThe location is the biggest problem. You're trying to get at trailers in a tiny parking lot, in the middle of a Robin's Donuts drive thru. I really can't think of a much worse setup.

The Customer Service rep needs to better understand the U-Haul contract and online system so she can provide clearer / more accurate details to the customer
