The drop-off location was at a small gas station immediately off a large highway, making it very difficult to navigate with a large uHaul truck.

This location didn't set the UHAUL up for self-pick-up. Despite having UHAUL on the phone they tried to refuse renting the uhaul to us. All associates we spoke with were helpful, however, the RT 29 EXPRESS was not.
