It would have been helpful to know before hand that the site would be closed and I would have to do an on line check in. My pick-up location was changed the day before my rental... this should have been communicated at that time. Also I was told I would not be charged for extra milage due to change in pick-up location... but that was not noted anywhere in my rental agreement. Thankfully the guy checking me in was very understanding and corrected the over-charge.

It's just a drop off BOX, so without going inside or talking to anyone, I didn't answer two questions above. [I tried to not answer and didn't allow me, so I went with 'No'] But the location was perfect to me and a few hours after returning the truck I got a confirmation of the returning. As I moved to a different city, just the opportunity to not drive back is a plus! Very convenient.
