Non location specific - the app was not opening my camera preventing me from completing the check in process on-line, and almost preventing me from completing the return on-line. Thankfully after a few attempts we were able to get the web browser pulled up and that worked.Corey R.

Nothing. Ellen was absolutely fantastic!! I scheduled to pick up only one hour from the time of planning order. The truck had been returned only 30 minutes before we were scheduled to pick up. She had it COVID cleaned and ready by the time we got there (less than 45 minutes). Pick up and drop off was so easy and painless. The rental location was spotless and very easy to access. It was end of day on Sunday and Ellen cheerfully assisted us. She fully explained everything of importance regarding the rental agreement and operation of the truck. Would definitely use them again!!Heather G.
This truck seemd old and not well maintained inside. The key kept sticking when I tried to turn it off, the brake release was very hard to find, the floor of the cab was soiled.SUSAN R.

The vehicle was not ready at the time of registration. The truck died on us several times. It was very difficult to get ahold of someone. When we called this facility back, they were very unsympathetic to our situation.Christopher U.

The fuel tank wasn't full when I picked it up and was noted as well as having a picture to prove it. Upon checking out, I was forced to pay extra because the sales person didn't care about the proof I showed and stayed firm on her opinion. This was by far the worst customer service experience I had. For the future, I will be looking to rent from other companies because of this experience.Sergey K.
I ran up 34 miles with 15ft truck. I put in 2 gal of gas. Apparently it was 1gal short for which I was charged $19.48 because the computer incremented in 4gal quanta. Possibly you could refine the gas shortages to smaller increments.Raymond P.

We were not able to adjust the vehicle's rearview mirror to suit anyone of us. It can move in pone direction but not allow us to adjust inside or outside. We showed that to the Manager lady but should not do either. It can be very dangerous since it is hard to see behind in the right mirror. This is amazing that U-HAUL. I has this problem. Please have someone call If you want me to explain someone.shah N.

Follow protocol. When renting out a vehicle do a walk around with the customer to verify the condition of the vehicle. We were just handed the key at the counter and sent on our way. We got in the truck to find ashes and cigarette butts strewn about. Didn't think much of it until getting ready to return it. We figured we would get charged the cleaning fee for this mess so we took it upon ourselves to clean up the prior renters mess before returning the truck. Then we get the invoice via email and there is a $25 dollar cleaning fee. We basically paid uhaul $25 to clean your truck for you. We rent trucks from uhaul fairly often and are happy with the service but to pay 25% on top of the bill is unacceptable and I will be shopping around to see what your competitors offer the next time I need to rent a truck.Joseph E.

I drove 38.5 miles and filled the tank before I returned. I paid for 9 gallons of gasoline, at which point it was clear the gas tank was not full when I first departed. When speaking to the office agent she was unhelpful despite clear facts and completely unwilling to take care of the customer to offset the unreasonable additional cost.David S.
When ordering new truck, order them with electronic mirrors. I couldn't move the standard mirrors so I could look for traffic with out leaning forward. It is a safety issue.Carl Z.
