I experienced several issues using the U-Haul app during both check-in and check-out. Uploading photos was extremely difficult because the app would not load them properly, and each upload process took around 20 minutes. Additionally, the code provided to retrieve the keys was incorrect, which caused another 20-minute delay while I worked to obtain the correct code. As a result, I spent more than 45 minutes completing the check-in process and getting access to the truck. Unfortunately, I encountered the same photo upload issues during check-out. It took approximately one hour to complete the return process. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I am extremely disappointed with the performance of the app.
