Also clarify, when it says location, do we take a picture of the location of the uhaul where we parked it or the location of the building? Other than that the owner was great and kind.

LUCILLE MPick up was difficult, the truck we wanted was not available and the next closest option was four times the price. The whole thing became an expensive nightmare.

APRIL SWe requested a dolly with our rental and the dolly was never provided. Moving large appliances was very difficult. After leaving a message with comments, Harold_Lee@uhaul.com reached out promptly and was very helpful with his customer service. He made the experice so much better.

The particular location I was sent to was excellent, but I would have preferred either of the other locations because I would have saved a lot of time.

RAY MThe entire rental checkout process is a little difficult in the fact the website process is cumbersome and a little confusing. Had to call the 800 number provided only to wait 17 minutes for someone to answer. Multiple calls had to place because all information was not given. Websites needs to be more informative and pieces given out at certain times.

Marissa BThis was the worse dip-off experience imaginable; at 4:30 pm, no one was available, and you are giving no pin to open the fenced area, someone let my husband in then he had to climb a 6ft fence to get out. Called uhaul but was an hour wait. Absolutely horrifying experience.

James JI was notified the day before pickup after 5:00 pm that my rental pick location had changed and the size of the truck. This put me in a terrible situation. I had limited time to move and picking up a truck 45 minutes from my location was terrible. I had to pay additional to the movers due to the added time. I was not able to move all my things because the truck was too big. I have to rent another equipment for my fragile items, since I was not able to pack the truck without items moving around. I had to go to two different uhaul locations because my items I purchased was at the location I picked, and the truck was changed to a different location.

Deon CThe website states this business is open from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Well that is not the case, this place is now closed on Saturdays. They had no instructions or anything for drop offs. Poor service or lack of service all the way around.
