My original pick up location was changed. The second location was dirty and I did the confirmation over the phone while on speaker. I confirmed where I could drop off the next day and was told yes. However when I got to that location I was told I had to go 20 minutes in th other direction to drop off. Not very good communication.

emanuel sTruck we were given was an "ancient" model. You need to put these models out of commission. It was clunky and difficult to drive. This method of "delivering" the equipment to the customer works if the facility is good; it is well-marked; and the staff is attentive. I have had good experience with U-Haul for over 45 years. This was the worst. There was MUCH BETTER equipment where we dropped off the truck. Overall, just the most unpleasant and awful experience.

Bob MVery convenient location. Excellent hours. Friendly service. Very clean truck. The process of adding a driver who was not present with me when I picked up the truck was not successful despite several attempts, and we were lucky that the location was open until late in order for the additional driver to be able to present his DL in person and get added.

Shania RThis was not my original location - I was contacted by uhaul regarding a change in pick up- only when i arrived was i told that the equipment that i had ordered to rent was not available. This was a hand truck/ Dolly which was an important part of my moving equipment. Without notice I had to scramble to purchase on at a store! All I was told was these things are not guaranteed!
