Ensure that staff are properly trained and that computer system works. Have proper office space, not a gutted trailer with exposed wiring and patchwork flooring. Turn the desk so that the customer doesn't have to tuck into a corner to be on the "right" side. As a lone woman, being in that trailer "office" space felt threatening and uncomfortable
