The cellphone data service at this pick up location was abysmal, so I couldn’t upload photos of the state of the vehicle. The truck was disgusting. The cab had coffee stains everywhere—so much that I was grossed out by touching anything. The back of the truck was given a very cursory sweep out the proprietor, but when I swept it out later I found nails and nuts and washers and a pile of greasy dirt. It was not nice either. Additionally, he said he gave us the 12 moving pads we asked for, but he actually only gave us eight.

Ensure that staff are properly trained and that computer system works. Have proper office space, not a gutted trailer with exposed wiring and patchwork flooring. Turn the desk so that the customer doesn't have to tuck into a corner to be on the "right" side. As a lone woman, being in that trailer "office" space felt threatening and uncomfortable
