I dropped the vehicle off and was told â€œthe person that checks them in ain't here so you can just leave the keyâ€. I left the key and drove past there 2 days later and the vehicle had yet to be checked in. I had to call inside to Rainbow Furniture and ask them to check the vehicle in because I did not want to be held accountable for it.LASANDRA J.

I tried using the movers and I wasn't ever contacted by the moving company I picked. I believe on your website it states that they would reach out to me first. I waited maybe 4-5 days to hear something and nobody ever got in contact. I think at that point I noticed an email saying that I should contact them? I ended up cancelling because I wasn't sure how I would explain how I booked their service through a different website that they apparently don't know when they're bringing in customers. Shouldn't they be notified when someone books them through your website so they can reach out to me and I can give them that payment code? I'm not upset, i just wish it were more clear because it seems like an amazing service. Maybe let me select like 3 different services all within the same price range and have them reach out to me so that if no one reaches out from "xyz moving service" then it's likely that someone else will reach out. I wish I had figured it out because I still have stuff to move.Jordan L.
I was charged a return fee of $20 even though I checked in online as directed. When I called the location to question I was told that the $20 would not be charged to me and be waived due to the fact that the GPS did not register correctly which I was told was an issue on U-Hauls and not mine. I am not happy that I had to pay 20 extra dollars when I followed the instructions. I am not sure that I would use a location that has remote check in again for this reason.Angela F.

WARNING!! U-Haul will charge an "afterhours service" fine of $20 if you don't "check in the equipment on your mobile device" when return equipment to a facility that's closed. This fine will be assessed even if you buy the equipment insurance. 20 bucks isn't much but it's darn irritating to find out the next day. Especially when the pickup Rep doesn't notify nor does the U-Haul text notifications.Eric H.

Although we stated from the beginning that the trailer would be dropped off after hours, it was never communicated that there would be an after-hours fee of an extra $20. The fee was just added to our credit card. This should be communicated with customers from the beginning.Tricia W.

I was 7 minutes from the main branch. To save money I stopped in to drop the rental truck off, a snarky rude employee informed me there would be wrong drop charge! If I did this. I told her it was wrong to make your customer use more fuel to take the rental back to satellite haul place twice as far away.Louie S.
This location has JUST started to work with Uhaul, so they didn't get their dropbox yet. We were looking for it for some time, luckily the one of the family who owns the store stopped by and we could get the keys to him. They were VERY HELPFUL. Please just get their dropbox to them! Or mention to only drop off during business hours.Paul M.
