The staff were very friendly and helpful for 8am on a Saturday. I was on the road by 8:11. Check-in and Check-out were hassle free. I will recommend this location to anyone needing a moving vehicle. Thanks again for your helpS

Chris EIt was not the representative fault that the Internet went down, but because it did I had to wait 40 mins to get my rental. Instead of a discount I was given extended time. The inside of the rental had smashed and melted chocolate all over the cup holder. When I mentioned it, the representative did clean it out. The rental was nearly on empty. It should be as least half way full. I was already an hour behind schedule, and had to take time to fill the truck back to 3/4 . The engine light was on. Which is a huge safety concern. I did ask about it. And I was told the rental could get at least 3 more use before it goes to shop. The ride was horrible and risky. You could tell something was wrong. The representative was very nice but the number of issues and concerns who deter me to another location for our next rental.

Fredrick FTruck wasn’t there when I was supposed to pick it up. It arrived a few minutes later, but then the supplies I ordered were not there either so I had to travel to another UHaul location and then contact customer service to get refunded. It was a huge inconvenience and cost me unnecessary time and expenses to deal with an issue that could have and should have been avoided.
Justin SI was overcharged by about $30 and contacted the company where I gave information requested and responses just stopped from uhaul without resolving the issue.

Ron RLet customers know to check their text message before leaving. I thought it was just my contract agreement but it was for me to send info of the truck. I’m not sure if it went through once I did it.

PHILIP MThe interior of the back of the truck was full of dirt and dust. The vehicle I was assigned repeatedly shut off without warning on the highway. This happened a total of 6 times. The brakes on the truck quit working twice, both times during highway travel. The truck was unsafe and unacceptable.

CHARLTON AI put all my info in online and the person in front of me just walked in and rented a truck. She was out way before me. I’m confused why I spent the time putting in all my info when they had to put it all in again when I got there. It took a long time. Very confusing.
SUSAN SYou advertised a rental for $19.95! The price was certainly WAY above that. You should distinguish what is rentable for that price. Also, too much of the apt business and all the other technology. Deal with people, NOT rely on technology.
