Truck wasn’t there when I was supposed to pick it up. It arrived a few minutes later, but then the supplies I ordered were not there either so I had to travel to another UHaul location and then contact customer service to get refunded. It was a huge inconvenience and cost me unnecessary time and expenses to deal with an issue that could have and should have been avoided.

I was overcharged by about $30 and contacted the company where I gave information requested and responses just stopped from uhaul without resolving the issue.
