It was not the representative fault that the Internet went down, but because it did I had to wait 40 mins to get my rental. Instead of a discount I was given extended time. The inside of the rental had smashed and melted chocolate all over the cup holder. When I mentioned it, the representative did clean it out. The rental was nearly on empty. It should be as least half way full. I was already an hour behind schedule, and had to take time to fill the truck back to 3/4 . The engine light was on. Which is a huge safety concern. I did ask about it. And I was told the rental could get at least 3 more use before it goes to shop. The ride was horrible and risky. You could tell something was wrong. The representative was very nice but the number of issues and concerns who deter me to another location for our next rental.
