How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location was good. The problem is with the online booking and rate. I give my pickup and drop-off and I'm charged specifically for that thinking this is my final price. Turns out they dont take location of either into account, and charge me for all the extra miles I have to take for my move. From my location to location was 80 miles and it took another 10 miles for both pickup and another 10 to drop-off. Consumers dont need these surprise charges especially when I disputed the extra charge and left this same message only to be ghosted and charges regardless
