I specifically booked a dolly but there was no dolly at the location available. So they removed it from my order. How am i supposed to move things without dolly? We had to carry all boxes ourselves.Vardhaman G.
I accidentally returned the keys after the truck was properly parked and returned before I was aware of the need to take pictures of the inside and around the truck. I was just following the directions of the employee at the shop, I wish there were more detailed instructions before hand.Ethan D.
Do not tell your customers to go to a different location for pickup in the a day before especially with email. Nobody will check emails if they are busy packing and cleaning. Do not change the pickup location at all. My schedule was already tight and in a hurry and I had to drive additional 20 minutes to the new location after driving to the location I booked originally. I had trouble with one of the tail lights. Something went wrong with the connection a few miles away from home. U-haul wasn't able to repair it, so I drove 250 miles with a broken tail light.George M.

Have the van full of gas so I only have to refill what was actually used instead of guessing and overpaying for what I didn't use. The owner was super helpful and she was really nice, I would definitely rent here again. Great service.Amy G.

I requested a trolley that was not included on my rental day. I did not bother contacting my service rep because it would not have been straightforward to fix/resolve the issue. I also did not receive clear instructions to close out my rental online or on the app. I received a text saying to place the keys back in the lockbox and then to scramble the code. Because I did not close out the rental online, I was charged an additional service fee. Not having a person to meet with and resolve issues face to face made the whole rental process more difficult. More clear instructions whether via text, phone call, or email would have been appreciated.Wesley H.

Make sure people are available at the location. Truck share 24/7 was a mess - mileage was incorrect on check in process, key lockbox was difficult to open, missing furniture dolly and furniture pads that I ordered.Haipei C.

Service was very good but they didn't have the furniture dolly that I rented. They did direct me to a nearby U-Haul who also didn't have one but directed me to another U-Haul who did, but that was inconvenient and frankly added a few billable miles to the rental. The owner should be able to list what equipment they have or don't have.Andrew D.

The trailer tail lights were not functioning properly. The signage was terrible for where the location was. It was like a hole in the wall and felt unsafe, like drugs deals were being done in the parking lot. Nobody was there to receive the equipment when we dropped it off. This place does not give a favorable impression for UHaul.marleen H.
