It's really hard to find the actual pick up spot, and it's in a construction zone type area, which is a little scary to walk through.

AAMIR BOpening hour was 10am but there was no one till 10:05 and the site is like construction site which feels unsafe. And the guy on the phone sounded impatient by me asking to repeat the instructions. The service and overall experience was horrible
Christine YHeadache and long process to do the “self check out”. Once finished had to wait over 30 minutes for employee to arrive to finish process, because no one was on site.
