I signed up to pick truck up in Mayer, MN. The day before I was told to pick up the truck I needed to go to Buffalo. It worked out but there was no one on site. The truck assigned to me did not have a lock on it. So there was no key. I had to call customer support who helped me open lock on a different truck and we were able to complete the rental process.
